Just realised I never stated what my goals were. I am aiming to get near my 18 year old weight of 80 kg, from my weight as of 24th December of 100 kg. And as a reference point I am 1.94m high. Not really that bothered about what I way, its more how fit I feel and how I look, so its going to be a rare event when I actually bother weighing myself.
3rd Jan:
Exercise: None
Food: Olives.
Chicken pie with peas, sweetcorn, Broccoli and Cauliflower.
2 mince pies
2 pieces tolberone
Crackers with philadelphia light, smoked salmon and parma ham
Drink: Single Whiskey, 1 mug coffee, 2 mug darjeeling. I always have coffee + tea black no sugar
Still lacking in the exercise front, but I have got some in for the 4th
fitness
