Discussion of Novel Plots
Do Kellerman's plots seem formuliac to anyone? Would you say he reuses plots?
What is everyone's favorite plot device?
To me-my favorite is STILL Time Bomb- even though overall, I like the novels that takes place after Survival of the Fittest(my second favorite plot line)- but I have a thing for big terrorist consipracy plots and that's what is used in both.
On the other hand, both of the Petra Conner novels seem to use the same device-a young man (although I really like Issac Gomez alot more than Billy Straight), Petra having a good personal relationship(the guy with the two kids in Billy Straight, Eric in Twisted- I LOVE Eric.), and a last minute rescue. Even so, I keep wishing he would do more Petra novels
I think the Murder Book was the most unique because it gave us both Alex's view AND Milo's view and that was new and different.
