Interest, Person Of

So I've been thinking about venturing into Person of Interest. I haven't seen an episode yet, but there's been a lot of buzz and I can only watch Big Eden so many times, so I need some other romance to root for. If you're a fan, tell me why I should jump in. If you're in deep, drag me down with you.

Also, if you're on the other side of this and screaming 'OMG JJ NO, you should watch THIS instead,' for goodness' sake, pull yourself together and tell me what THIS is.
