I was trying to fight the gloom and sleepiness of a rainy day, because I actually needed to get things done and there's nothing like a downpour and a thunderstorm to make me gaze out the window, hypnotized and forget everything else I was supposed to be doing. So I put on an old movie, where old here means The Matrix Trilogy. ( Cut for spoilers, though mostly in rant form, on the off chance that there are some of you out there who don't know the plot secrets of the Matrix movies and actually plan on watching them someday )

i fucking love trinity in the last 20-25 minutes of reloaded; now i'm going to have to youtube it. ALSO, THE SCENE IN REVOLUTIONS WHERE SHE, MORPHEUS AND SEREPH GO TO THE CLUB AND KICK EVERYONE'S ASS, OH GOD.

also, i would love to talk about these movies sometime -- i love the storyarc of them, even when it becomes godawful -- but i have to shower and go see some local dudes with beards. but seriously, uuuuugh. the only people i ever knew who loved these movies the way i did were grimy guys with boners for robots and leather. not that there's anything wrong with that! but crikey.
