There's nothing quite like staying up until two in the morning reading Dan Radcliff/Rupert Grint RPF set years after the seventh film.
All These Years I watched more SGA yesterday: Hide and Seek, and god, how I love Rodney. I love how excited he is about the personal shield, about how it won't come off - but how it falls off when Weir scares him. I love how he faints, and I love how as soon as the shield falls off, he takes a bite of his Power bar, and then we see him eating for the next couple of scenes. I love his fear throughout, because it only makes the end better - because of course I LOVE how he puts the shield back on and goes to tackle the energy-eating entity at the gate - that shot of him inside the entity and looking around at all the particles. God, he's so brave and I just never expected it from the guy who keeps talking about how he's dying because he can't eat and then just before anyone can stop him - he's saving the day.
Favorite Sheppard moments: telling the Nightmare on Elm Street story to the kids, trying to explain both football and what a Hail Mary is to Teyla, and another "we can name it later" to Rodney about the transporter, and, omg, the end - "THAT was a Hail Mary."
