writing year in review

I wrote 18 stories, a handful of random ficlets and such that aren't quite story-sized, and 9 months of an RPG. Wow.

My favorite: Live Free Or Die, Josh/Matt from The West Wing.

My best: Somebody Else's Name - Kate from NCIS. My Yuletide story last year.

Most under-appreciated by the universe: 30 Ficlets About 30 Cool Women, possibly because it ( Read more... )

Maybe it's just the young woman in me, but I absolutely love 30 Ficlets. I think it's the reason I friended you in the first place, but I love it. Now to go and reread all the others that I missed or clicked past...

Oh, thank you! I'm glad you like them. I knew as I was writing them that they were some of *my* favorite women, so I assumed the ficlets wouldn't be to everyone's tastes, but I'm so glad to know you were reading!

Well, I admit I didn't know all of them, but I did most and those are basically all *my* favorite women, too. I think what I loved was that you not only captured them, but it was just about *them*. The simple essence thingie that's only possible in a ficlet. Just a minute in their lives and totally in character for all the ones I knew. Anyway. Thank you :)

I wildly appreciate the 30!

It was really a great idea and the quality of the ficlets was consistantly high. Thanks for that.
