*James attempts to make this coherant, rather than being as ranty as he feels* Earlier today, my parents told me I'm going to fail University. They didn't say something that could've meant that, they specifically said that. The reason? I've not completed a leaver's form that means I've given in my textbooks for 6th Form. They then went on to say that it's because I use my computer too much. I'm currently failing to see any connection between any of those three things - can anybody else shed any light on that?
It doesn't exactly do much for my self-confidence, either. I mean, yes, parents want their kids to do well, but they should do it with support, rather than "You suck. Fix it," which just makes me feel crap. Since then I've had 5 hours at work which has taken my mind off it. But I'm still not exactly cheery. If I seem at all grouchy on MSN or AIM, that's why.
