More UNIT (and Other) Dating
So, more supremely fanw*nky thoughts on UNIT dating, pulled together in the course of writing this Brig fic I’ve got on the go.

I wish...! This is what I've been doing while waiting for the next chapter of Brig fic to come to me. It keeps me off the streets, I guess. ;)
And you know that's exactly what would happen. Ten would referee it - Eleven would probably score the winner. ;D
I do think a more-or-less contemporary dating makes the most sense in the majority of cases, but as we shall see there are some wrinkles and gaps going on at various points.
The Dominators kind of boggles the mind in all sorts of different ways, but Two and Jamie and their interplay remain the best things about it. I don't think they ever wrote the script Troughton couldn't make look better than it really was by sheer force of awesomeness.
Look up Henry Lincoln, co-author of Abominable Snowmen, Web and Dominators - he had a really interesting and strange career as an author and pseudo-historical "researcher" after he stopped writing for series TV. Basically, no Henry Lincoln probably no Da Vinci Code. I leave it up to you to decide whether or not that would be a bad thing... ;D
