CLAMP Characters: Imonoyama Zaibatsu
The Imonoyama Zaibatsu began showing up in 'Shoten' and counted the following members: Hatsuko, Hajime, Tsuzuku, Owaru, Tsugiko, Amaru, Shuko, Nokoru. Rarisa, Shinobu, Taichiro and Oyako.
Later the Imonoyama Zaibatsu was included in CLAMP official pubblications and some of its members showed up in them:
Nokoru and Rarisa (even if her name was never mentioned) showed up in '20 Menso Ni Onegai', 'Gakuen Tokutei Duklyon', 'CLAMP Gakuen Tantei Dan', 'X'
Tsuzuku showed up in Combination.
Later however Sei Leeza left CLAMP and took with herself Combination and some other Imonoyama's members, Hajime, Owaru and Shuko. However she gave them a completely different background creating a second Imonoyama family.
Therefore between the Imonoyama Zaibatsu 'Shoten' version and the others there are many differences.
I tried to organize data so you know which version you're dealing with. Sorry if this will result a bit confuse anyway.
Imonoyama Zaibatsu (妹之山財閥): It's unknown who is the family head. It's however impressively rich, founded the CLAMP Gakuen, owns a bank and assorted buildings, research complexes and so on. The children of the family head are 8, Imonoyama Hatsuko, Imonoyama Hajime, Imonoyama Tsuzuku, Imonoyama Owaru, Imonoyama Tsugiko, Imonoyama Amaru, Imonoyama Shuko, Imonoyama Nokoru. He also have four siblings, Imonoyama Rarisa, Imonoyama Shinobu, Imonoyama Taichiro and Imonoyama Oyako. [Shoten]
The family head's children to be solely Imonoyama Hajime, Imonoyama Tsuzuku, Imonoyama Owaru and Imonoyama Shuko. Their parents died in an incident when Hajime was around 7/8 and Hajime took the family leadership. Hajime, Tsuzuku and Owaru's mother died giving birth to Owaru. Shuko is their stepsister. Foster parent of the Imonoyama siblings and commander-in-chief of the financial group. She's the Rijichou of CLAMP Gakuen right from its fundation. [Shoten]

Character of Omi Sinya.
Shoten: Uncle of the Imonoyama siblings, he has retired in the Imonoyama villa inside Clamp Gakuen where he spends his time playing on the computer games created by Imonoyama Owaru. He rarely meets people. He's a mysterious person.
Imonoyama Taichiro (妹之山・多一郎):
School year: 1991/92. Class: 1-Z? (High school). Work: English teacher.
DOB: 1/Apr/?. Reincarnation of: Taishakuten (see 'Seiden RG Veda'). Rarisa, Oyako and Shinobu's older brother and Imonoyama siblings's uncle. He loves dearly Imonoyama Tsuzuku even if Tsuzuku didn't seem to apprecciate it. He's a smoker and wears glasses. He's also a very severe teacher. While visiting Oxford university he met Shura and fell in love for him. However he was forced to return to Japan. Later Shura transferred to CLAMP Gakuen with his great joy. He began to court him incessantly until Shura accepted to have dinner with him. They spent the night together. When Taichiro woke up Shura wasn't there and Taichiro feared he had left again so he ran after him to the airport. Why are Amaru and Shuko respectively in 3-Z (Junior High) and 2-Z (Junior High) despite being merely 14 & 13?
To begin elementary school you need to be 6 before April 1st. Due to this most of the students begin elementary school while they're in the seventh year of their lives. However who's born between January 1st and March 31st can go to school during his sixth year of his life because he would manage to be six before April 1st.

Shoten: Uncle of the Imonoyama siblings, he has retired in the Imonoyama villa inside Clamp Gakuen where he spends his time playing on the computer games created by Imonoyama Owaru. He rarely meets people. He's a mysterious person.
Imonoyama Taichiro (妹之山・多一郎):

DOB: 1/Apr/?. Reincarnation of: Taishakuten (see 'Seiden RG Veda'). Rarisa, Oyako and Shinobu's older brother and Imonoyama siblings's uncle. He loves dearly Imonoyama Tsuzuku even if Tsuzuku didn't seem to apprecciate it. He's a smoker and wears glasses. He's also a very severe teacher. While visiting Oxford university he met Shura and fell in love for him. However he was forced to return to Japan. Later Shura transferred to CLAMP Gakuen with his great joy. He began to court him incessantly until Shura accepted to have dinner with him. They spent the night together. When Taichiro woke up Shura wasn't there and Taichiro feared he had left again so he ran after him to the airport. Shura instead had merely gone to retrieve his son who was moving to Tokyo from New Delhi. [Shoten]

Why are Amaru and Shuko respectively in 3-Z (Junior High) and 2-Z (Junior High) despite being merely 14 & 13?
To begin elementary school you need to be 6 before April 1st. Due to this most of the students begin elementary school while they're in the seventh year of their lives. However who's born between January 1st and March 31st can go to school during his sixth year of his life because he would manage to be six before April 1st.
I assume that's what had happened to Amaru and Shuko.
