Tokyo Babylon: Sakurazuka Seishiro's house and clinic
Seishiro's House
Outside vision. It kind of match with the one in the manga. Sure, in the manga you didn't see the electric poles, the guard rail, the trash box and the bus stop but I found them cute street details... Besides it's not as if you see much...
Seishiro's van's under a glass awning... because i suppose that's the use of the awning we see in the manga... I might be wrong...
Seishiro's House - Entrance
In the manga there's a wood door, in the anime a glass one. I've kept the glass one because it looks better. I've also added a table with the clinic opening time (there should be one outside Seishiro's clinic as well).
Seishiro's House - 1st floor
Kindly CLAMP didn't make a map of this one so I made up most of it.
Okay, so... entrance on the right.
On the left there's the waiting room, on the front there's Seishiro's study where he visits animals. From here you can go into the room in which animals are kept (In the manga animal cages are in the study and in the operatory room. In the OAV they're in that room. I think it's more logical if Seishiro keeps them in a room and not all around the clinic...), in the room in which Seishiro operates animals and in the one that basically carries you upstairs. I've added another entrance, just in front of the stairs in case Seishiro don't feel like crossing the whole clinic on a Sunday day to get out of his house...
Also there are two small baths, one connected to seishiro's operatory room the other to the waiting room...
Also... I don't think in Seishiro's waiting room you can find coke and snack selling machines... I've just added them because I wanted to try them... :P
Seishiro's House - 2nd floor
I've no idea how's Seishiro's second floor... the only thing we get to see about it is the Genkan and a tiny bit of the kitchen... so I've made this up. There's no wall between living and dining room...
Seishiro's House - 3rd floor
Not much is said about the 3rd floor also. We only see the bedroom and the corridor. I've assumed Seishiro got a spare bedroom (why didn't he put Subaru in it? Maybe he did... maybe it was simply filled with other things... maybe he forgot to mention to Subaru he has a spare bedroom... :P) a bath and a study. I might be wrong...
Seishiro's House - 1st floor - Study
Okay, so the table's not in the manga, only in the OAV. I've let it because... well, for me the OAV had the most visual impact. I can't forget the guys using that table in the OAV and so... I let it in.
The desk is in both OAV and manga. The archives should have been one attached to the other... but I didn't manage to find an archive like that yet.
The door carries to the stairs.
Oh and the chess table is the one over which Hokuto and Seishiro played. I don't think it was kept there, probably Seishiro brought it down temporarry but for pratical purpose it's in the study as well.
Here you can see the phone from which Subaru called the MCC corporation and the dressed over which Hokuto rested her coat and Subaru his hat. Door on the right brings to where animals are kept, door on the left bring toward the clinic's exit. In the following picture you can see the two doors opened.
Seishiro's House - 1st floor - Operatory Room
Why to make an operatory room? Well, when Seishiro brigs Subaru to his clinic in the annex he lays him down on a table. It's definitely not a kitchen one and it seems the kind of table that can't be moved from the position it's in.
So I assume he didn't carry Subaru to the study but here.
Seishiro's House - 2nd floor - Genkan
When Hokuto go visit Seishiro we can see Seishiro's Genkan upstairs at the 2nd floor.
In the manga there's a wall in front of the entrance door and, resting against it, the shoesrack. On the left there's a tent that divides the Genkan from another room. We can see the window of that room. Seishiro said in the opposide direction there's the kitchen.

All we see of the kitchen in the manga is the window... so I made it up...
Seishiro's House - 3rd floor - Bedroom
Seishiro's room in the manga is almost completely empty... so I've added a small table and a phone...

Out of the bedroom there's a mirror Seishiro broke after Subaru fell asleep. It's not really clear in the picture but the mirror is the shiny thing on the wall...
