*sighs* You know you're obsessed when a random vampire shows up in Drug and Drop and you start thinking 'YAY! Maybe now CLAMP will tell us something more about TRCSubaru and Kamui (and Seishiro and Fuma)'... then realize that CLAMP is evil and that vampire isn't onw of your beloved vampire and hit your head against the pc. MANY, MANY TIMES ( Read more... )

Don't I know it! Please, CLAMP, I beg of you to finish X. I also want to know the outcome of TRC Seishirou and Subaru. Is this to much to ask?

CLAMP is so evil! But what anoys me is that they still promise to end it and then THEY DON'T DO IT!
Either end it or come out and say 'No, X will stay unfinished forever, get over it.'
I hate this 'oh yes, we'll end it soon...' where soon can mean a date in between here and the end of the world... if the end of the world doesn't come sooner... -_-

I completely agree. Either go through with the promise of finishing the series or come out and tell us they're not completing the series. Just let us have some kind of closure.

Yes. I find pretty dishonest they keep us hanging making promises they don't plan to keep... expecially because they still get paid for the fulfillment of said promises.

I was thinking about that too, while reading Drug and Drop. ^^; But on second thoughts I'd rather hear about what happens in X.

Perhaps CLAMP have already finished X, but will keep it back until it can be published in Japan? They should really hurry up, before their fanbase loses interest. (Still, I never will!)

LOL, so I'm not the only one? ^_-
Well, honestly me too though I doubt it will be told in D&D.
Oh well, around the 22 of this month the Italian editor should print Vol 16, which means in 2 months we'll have reached the point in which we'll either should get from CLAMP a new volume or they'll fail to respect the promise they made to him (to let him print the complete series of X).
Now I'm hoping that, if X won't be continued, they'll at least will have to pay him an amazing fine for failing to respect the contract. I still will not know how X was supposed to end but at least this time they'll receive a little punishment for raising hopes they didn't plan to fulfill.
Well, I don't know which is the status of the Japanese fanbase but I don't really apprecciate how they keep us hanging... and I notice a definite lack of interest in the web fandom so I'd like for them to hurry up and stop wasting time.

Oh out of curiosity, where did you read about this promise? Do you have a source for the interview or wherever it was written?

The actual X Italian publisher said he started the reprinting of X because CLAMP promised he could print also the end of X... The reprinting is about to reach Vol 18 and fans have asked about what he was planning to do. He confirmed they would manage to print the volumes post X 18.
If he lied it'll be a big blow to his credibility so we're curious to know what he'll do in few months.
It would be nice if the surprise CLAMP is preparing for April 1st is the return of X but I'm wary at getting my hopes up.

Haha, I was thinking that too. XD I'd have found it weird if it *had* been them though. What with Watanuki running around too it could turn into another Tsubasa-esque crossover fest.

Welcome to the club! Well, that vampire looks younger than Kamui or Subaru... but maybe he's related to them? And he had interesting powers... I really would aprecciate if this would turn into a TRC crossover and tell us more about the vampires. I don't really like how we were left hanging (again!).

I didn't think he was one of them, but I thought he was referring to people who had previously been there... and that's when I wondered.

I would hate it if it turned into a crossover. I've waited a long time for more Gohou Drug, and that's what I want to read about damnit! :(

(Also, I haven't finished Tsubasa (or Holic)) yet, so I don't know about the cliffhanger... so please don't tell me!)

hum... weren't those the guys who handed him/her the liquor instead than the blood that he/she wanted?
LOL I understand your feelings though I've to confess I wasn't so caught up with GD so I don't mind if it deviates from its original plot... which I think he's doing as I doubt Watanuki was into it right from the beginning...
Though sadly CLAMP had already created some troubles with the GD/holic crossover.
In one of the first volumes of holic we saw Watanuki buying something from the shop. Let's assume this was placed when Kazahaya had just started working there. In D&D it's said they work there by around a year... but Watanuki is already the store owner and he spent with Yuko more than a year, plus the time he spent to train himself as he really don't look like he just inherited the shop.
So unless Watanuki hired Kazahaya and Rikuo from the past CLAMP messed up the math, again.
They really can't handle a timeline... -_-

Talking of writing (she says oh so subtly) do you perchance have anything coming up? I miss your stories...

It's always nice to know there's someone that's missing them! ^_^
Yup, you might find something in your mailbox soon... and I was also hoping to end a new story but it's coming out slowly (it was supposed to be a S. Valentine story... -_-)

Not really. It seems that when we were at chap 14 they commented at one anime convention they were going to end it but the last month we reached volume 17 and this month volume 18 should be out and so far no one knows if there's a volume 19 in program. I fear they plan to release vol 18.5 believing with it they can say they 'continued X'... -_-

I've been wondering though since CLAMP is reprinting some of their classics if they plan to preprint X also and add at the reprint those damn 3 last missing volumes... After all if X is no classic, what is?

But so far no news on that side either... ;_;

Well, I'm also hoping against hope they'll finish X. Apparently they had said the Italian editor that they weren't going to finish it on magazine but just on volumes that's why I was keeping my eyes on the reprint of their classics but so far they are keeping away from X. ;_;

I hope they'll at least have to pay a huge fee for promising something they weren't going to give to the editor. I find annoying how they might have done it and get away with it without problems.

I don't really know what Subaru will do. He's not... suited to kill, that's just... not him, but I'm not sure how much of himself he is at the moment. It probably takes an effort to care for Kamui...

It's not that I have them in TRC... I have the whole building up a giant backstory we were never going to be told nor we were told how things were fixed apart from an 'hey, everything went well' pic which might true or might be just Shaoran's hope.
