"20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release Fantastic Four: Extended Edition on June 5th. This new two-disc set of the superhero film, based on the Marvel Comics series, includes both the 106-min. theatrical version and a new 111-min. extended cut presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic with Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS Surround tracks. Bonus materials include an audio commentary track, deleted & extended scenes, "Heroes Are Born: The Making of Fantastic Four," "Jack Kirby: Storyteller," "The World's Greatest Comic Magazine" featurettes, animatics, art and photo galleries, trailers, TV spots and a look at the upcoming sequel "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer." Retail is $26.98."

Davis DVD, no cover art yet, 2 Disc set...original cut plus the new 111 minute cut. Ten bucks says it has movie cash in it for FF2. :D

You hit the icon on the head!

yeah, no cover art on amazon yet, either. it's going for $21 right now, but it will most likely go down so i'm not worried. so an extra 5 minutes? i wonder what the extra scenes are? i have the making-of book & it has the shooting screenplay & it's got more interaction w/ ben & alicia. i'm hoping the marco-polo bit w/ doom & sue is a little longer b/c i'm a sucker for women w/ powers! and i'm sure there's movie cash for the sequel, too!!! i can't wait!!!!

The extended cut of Spider-Man 2 is going for $14.99 now, so I think that's the price range we'll be seeing for FF. Fox would be foolish to have it any higher, especially for a movie already available.

You, a sucker for women with powers...I NEVER would have figured that! :D
