Great review as usual.

Hmm, Stanley Kramer and Spencer Tracy? Did they work together again?

They also did Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (with Poitier and Hepburn), It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World and Judgment at Nuremburg. Kramer has real guts when it came to the material he tackled. (He also did The Defiant Ones with Tony Curtis and Poitier.)

Oh my dear friend. I am happy mine is not the only brain misfiring.

Look at my icon again. Twas a mere attempt to shamelessly promote the greatest movie every made (which is airing on TCM at 315pm Friday afternoon) and also point out the misspelling of Spencer's last name in your review.

Yeah yeah yeah. If it helps at all, I did spell the name right later on. :)

And I thought it a bit odd you asked the question. I am TiVOing IAMMMMW on Friday, btw.

good. Its actually as close to the "roadshow version" that still exists. I really enjoy TCM's presentation.

TCM is my favorite channel I get. TiVO (aka my baby) is full of TCM stuff.

well I meant to say ever made. So much so that I planned a vacation to San Francisco to attend a screening of the movie at the Castro Theatre as I had never viewed it on a big screen. What a treat!

Due to this we are friends now

Maybe I should start a match-making service based on movies... :D
