Problem:1) People don't like being told their lifestyle is fucking things up for the rest of us. I think the problem is that people don't understand science and religion answer different questions. They are not meant to prove or disprove each other. One answers the how, the other the why. That's actually my main problem with Richard Dawkins. He's an atheist, and that's all fine and good, but he doesn't have to be an asshole, too. Turns out that's my problem with Christian fundamentalists, too. Carl Sagan was an atheist, but he wasn't a dick about it. He had his own spirituality, some would say. We have to learn to separate science and religion so that reason once again will have its rightful place in our public thinking.

Srsly, though, green NASCAR? Shit, I think I can get behind that.

I hope didn't sound like I was directly attacking spirituality in that. I've actually had to deal with more acerbic atheists than deists in my life. Belief that a more powerful being is going to literally save you from destroying yourself is silly though.

But yeah, dude. Space NASCAR and Martian H3s! Cohagen can't stop the rock.
