HELP PLEASE
the insomnia has started again, woohoo, it's cause i cant seem to turn my head off, i got to sleep at night and all i can do is think, i dont think during the day so why at night??
i'v went through my life trying not to think about anything to much and how everything just hits me when i'm trying to sleep! well atleast i know my mind still works and i havent damaged it to much with drink/drugs/banging my head of things, ah well , ho hum , another night of sitting online , then off to baed to solve the worlds problems.
