Indecision 2008: JNN Coverage (Now includes moar graphics and star reporters~!)

Mar 21, 2008 16:33

Jiyu: Due to our wonderful and unpaid intern staff, we now have beautiful graphics which put other networks (except our affiliated networks) to shame.

Now we go to our senior political correspondent Freddie Mercury.

(Enter Freddie)

Freddie: The democrats are neck in neck for this nomination. There actually hasn't been activity at the polls yet, but most of the turnout yesterday came in the later hours of the evening. Right now, Ringo Starr is tied with John Lennon in this race, but you cannot count out Colbert too quickly. Take a look at this chart:

As you can see, right now Colbert has only 20% of the vote compared to his 50% yesterday, but it will change dramatically later on.

May I please turn this on to you Hiyono.

(Enter Hiyono)

Hiyono: Breaking news! We have more on the Ringo case. Members of Britney's campaign have been suspected for stealing Ringo Starr's wallet. Britney's camp replied to a phone call mentioned in an earlier report saying "I had nothing to do with it! If it was stolen by one of my campaign workers, then it was their fault, but I did not make the call for it." Suspicions are, however that Spears may not be telling the truth. If found out she is lying, her campaign may be suspended for further investigation. Now we go to correspondent Kat at the scene of the crime!

(Enter Kat)

Hiyono: Please Kat, what do these new developments say about both Ringo and Britney's candidacy?

Kat: If Britney or any of her campaign workers had anything to do with Ringo's privacy breach, then Britney supporters may drop like flies and switch over to her republican rival Stephen Colbert or any of her other rivals on the Democratic or Independent parties. Also, if Britney or any of her campaign workers had anything to do with Ringo's privacy breach, I'LLBREAKTHEIRFRIGGINNECKS.

WE GO TO COMMERCIAL BREAK NAO!

(Next up: Independent candidate polls~)
