T Mobile Claims to Own Color Magenta

well a logo is a logo. i mean the colors are part of it, and from what i see here even the use of the word mobile has a funky icon (signal bars?) next to it that could be the faded lower part of the T in T Mobile.
while the use of color here is a dubious claim, noone would dispute that fast food chains all use the same ones (!) yet have materially distinct logos.
i find it more surprising that sony hadn't destroyed coby for use of the same typeface and 4 letter brand that so easily looks the same at first glance.
