The Girl I Stalk

Delicately gliding across the courtyard,

without moving from the waist up.

Hands stationed limp in the pockets of her,

“shiny buttons, buttoned up,”

double-breasted turquoise pea coat.

Soft face seems almost malleable, infantile,

ornate mouth contingent on her

baby nose below big brown polished eyes.

Resting confidently on,

turquoise, tight snug, pea coat collar.

Her aesthetic is serene, natural, and

absolute. Modestly regal,

faultlessly demonstrating her graceful

organic composition,

complemented by the turquoise.
