Summary: Junmyeon is stuck in a convenience store because seriously why does it have to rain on a summer night.
It's eleven in the evening and unannounced torrential rains start to pour on Seoul. Kyungsoo squirms on the couch, jolting in slight shock when strong flashes of light streak the dark sky followed by loud rolls of thunder. He is scared particularly now because he is alone in the flat but he tries to ignore the fear. He is worried that Junmyeon has not reached home from work yet. The downpour is too strong and there is no sign of it halting sooner.
A few minutes later, Kyungsoo's mobile phone rings and a message flashes on its screen. He quickly unlocks it when Junmyeon's name appears.
Ministop stuck rain
Upon reading the text message, Kyungsoo quickly jumps from the couch. He grabs two umbrellas and a raincoat from the cabinet and reaches for the door, turning the knob but halts halfway when he remembers something. He goes back to their room, opens the drawer and takes out a jacket and a towel, stuffing them in a small bag before rushing to the door and out the flat.
The rain is heavier than how it seems like indoors. He is thankful it's just water, the wind too weak to make his umbrella useless. He paces down the sidewalk and turns a corner not too far from their apartment. He feels relief when he sees a familiar young man in white long sleeves seated inside the store, his what seems like a damp coat neatly folded on the table as he warms himself up with a cup of coffee.
The chimes ring when Kyungsoo pushes the door and he sees Junmyeon's delight at the sight of him.
"Stupid. I told you to always bring an umbrella," Kyungsoo starts, taking the empty seat next to Junmyeon. He pulls the dry towel from his bag and starts to wipe on Junmyeon's wet messy hair.
"Sorry. I'll buy a smaller one. I'll keep that in mind," Junmyeon says, his eyes squinting when Kyungsoo begins wiping on his forehead. The younger snorts but his lips pull to a smile when Junmyeon pouts.
"I got an extra umbrella," Kyungsoo says, putting the dry one on the table. He hums when they fall silent, waiting for Junmyeon to finish his coffee but the older seems to take his time, apparently ignoring how soaked in rainwater he is.
Kyungsoo stands up from his seat and Junmyeon gives him wide-eye looks. "You'll get sick. Let's go home, Junmyeonie," Kyungsoo whines, pulling the other by the arms. He smiles victoriously though when he effectively drags Junmyeon off the chair, successfully cajoling him to go home before he starts to...
Junmyeon sneezes. Kyungsoo sighs. He then pushes Junmyeon back to his seat before grabbing a cup of instant noodles and running to the counter to buy a couple of medicines.
"I'm okay. Don't worr-achoo!" Junmyeon sniffs, back bent after sneezing.
Kyungsoo laughs, putting a jacket over Junmyeon's shoulder. "Hush babe. Let's go home before it gets worse."

1. Uhm lol suddenly had the muse for domestic Suho/D.O. because kyunqmyuns + it's raining here in Manila orz
2. Sobs I can actually imagine Suho and D.O. being like this and I just /cringes because too fluffy
