ebgames strikes again!
OK, so I should really know better than to go into an ebgames with anyone. The last time this happened, I was with Cassandralone and ended up leaving with a GameCube. Oops. Today, Smatgirl and I went to Panera for lunch, and we all know that all Paneras are next to ebgames. Don't believe me? Just look around. :-P
So, Uri and I were originally going to get a Wiiiiiiiiii and that's how I would play the new Zelda game. But over the weekend, I noticed that most stores aren't even selling the Wii by itself anymore. Instead, you have to get a giant package with at least 4 games I don't want and it's like $600. I imagine that eventually we'll be able to just get a plain old wii and get just the games we want, but I was starting to get tired of waiting. Also, over the weekend, Cassandralone let it slip that Zelda for GameCube had been released...
And...that brings us to today. Smatgirl and I went into the store and I asked "Do you have the Wii?" Of course not. "Do you have the new Zelda for GameCube?" Yes, and it's in stock. I say, "Let me think about it." "Amnber, what do you think I should do?" "I think you should buy it immediately." And the rest is history. :-)
