Title: Because I Love You, I Have To Kill You
Kyuhyun wasn’t like those assassins or spies in the drama or movies that would fall in love with their target and end up protecting them instead of killing them.
The target named Heechul wasn’t clueless or innocent either. Heechul knew about Kyuhyun’s identity for a long time. But Heechul wasn’t a threat so there was no need to kill him. Not until Kyuhyun fell in love with him anyway.
“I love you.” It wasn’t the first time Kyuhyun confessed to Heechul but surely, this would be the last time that he would say those words to Heechul. The tip of his gun was against Heechul’s forehead. “Any last words?”
“I hate you for loving me. I wish you didn’t love me.” Heechul said it with much anger and hate reflected in his eyes and in his tone of voice because he still wanted to live and there are still many things that he wanted to do and wanted to achieve. All of his dreams are ruined simply because Kyuhyun fell in love with him.
“I’m sorry.” Saying sorry would never be enough no matter how sincere Kyuhyun sounded. “I wish I didn’t fall in love with you. I’m sorry for loving you.” With those last words, Kyuhyun pulled the trigger.
Heechul’s blood splashed on Kyuhyun’s face, gun and clothes. Kyuhyun calmly wiped the blood off his gun. He washed his face and changed into clean clothes. He made sure that there wouldn’t be any evidence left on the crime scene. Not a thing, not even a finger print.
However, a single tear drop landed on the floor. But that’s okay. Police wouldn’t count that as evidence.
