Title: Pumpkin Bread
Pairing: Donghae/Sungmin
Donghae watched the little kid counting the coins on his cute little hand. The little kid sighed, pouted and looked like as if he was about to cry. Donghae couldn’t bear to look at the expression on the kid’s face so he walked towards the kid and asked “Hey, kid. What’s wrong?”
“I lack one more dollar coin.” The kid said as he clutched the coins in his hand. “I’m so hungry. I want to buy pumpkin bread.”
“Why not buy cheese bread? It’s cheaper.”
“Because I love pumpkins.” The kid continued to stare at the pumpkin bread longingly.
Donghae really can’t resist the kid’s pitiful cuteness. He bought not just one, but two pumpkin breads for the cute kid. He handed it to the kid but the kid didn’t accept it. “Mom said I shouldn’t accept things from a stranger.”
“My name is Donghae and you are?”
“Sungmin.”
“Sungmin, now we know each other so that means we’re friends right?”
“I guess so…”
“And now that we are friends, you can accept this pumpkin bread.” Donghae handed the bread again to the cute little Sungmin.
“Thanks, hyung.” Sungmin accepted it with a huge smile.

“Are you lacking a dollar coin again?” Donghae asked Sungmin.
Since they met, it became a hobby to meet every Wednesday in front of the bakeshop. Donghae would usually see Sungmin eating pumpkin bread. If Sungmin wasn’t eating pumpkin bread, that would mean he lacked a dollar coin and Donghae would treat him instead.

A/N: Really short. I just needed to write something before I start off writing requirements and visual aid for a report tomorrow. Perhaps I shall make a sequel but I’m not promising.
