IT'S TIME.

I wanted to make a FL post about New Moon, and what I honestly thought of it, but I got home and logged onto Facebook for some instant gratification ... and now I'm a tad too angry to have any coherent thought other than "HULK SMASH". What is it with people totally dismissing my opinion today?

We'll see how far I get ...

I get that. I 'm not sure I've ever physically seen a New Moon, so it all looked the same to me. :)

EMMETT. <3

A lot of people told me that the revolving month changing was one of the worst scenes, but I thought it was well done too. As opposed to the annoying, yet so totally annoying-teen, month names.

Yeah, that's sort of the drawing point of the location for SMeyer, right? That it rains constantly? Though, I understand why they probably left all that out and just made it overcast - I'm sure shooting in constant rain is difficult.

I thought Rob did much better with that scene that Edward does in the book: it was so obvious in the book that it was a lie, but it still pissed me off that he left; in the movie he was more mean, but you do get that shot of him above her head looking all ... chagrined. (I'm sorry, I had to! ^_^)

PAUL AND EMBRY FTW. I loved them so much. And Paul just tried to kill Bella a couple minutes before, and traipses into the house all, "Lol sorry. :)" I loved it!

The way I remember it, she slapped Paul. It sounded like a slap? I think maybe the director forewent the physics of it, because that was Eclipse, and he's probably only familiar with New Moon. Hell, I'm sure he didn't read any of them, he just scanned the script and took the screenwriter's word for it.

Or it's like the scene in POA where Hermione punches Draco instead of slapping him - like they're trying to ramp up the emotional tension or something?
