I checked to see roughly when I started eating better/working out/losing weight, and it was around the 11th/12th of October last year. So this should be about week 51 right

you probably already know this, but isn't you still losing sizes probably due to you putting on muscle mass and the fact that muscle weighs more than fat? if so you shouldn't be as down on yourself
Yeah, I figure that. But the fact remains that I'm still roughly 65-70 pounds overweight. Honestly, i think I'd feel better about where I am if I didn't have loose skin. :/
