Why Tara and Waylon are Best Friends!
Small world. Seriously small.
So this semester I've gotten to know Waylon pretty well. We're in two classes together so we see each other every day of the week. He never ceases to make me laugh and we're on the same page in a lot of ways... we just crack each other up. So since we both live in Anthony Apartments, we decided to walk back together after ENG 309, and we talked and laughed the whole way there. We started talking about how we met, how I've been introduced to his girlfriend, Sarah, several times through Ben, and how we both know Ben... but somehow we got on the subject of Carter's Hot Dogs and how he's never had them before... I've been eating them since freshman year when we used to go with a bunch of the girls from the hall since we all lived in Woodworth, which is practically in the Village anyway. Well, I mentioned that Kat was my R.A. and he knew her too, then asked if I knew Carolee, who was the 3rd Brady R.A. when Dridge, Linny, and Blaine lived up there.
ME: "Yeah, I remember Carolee, she was awesome."
WAYLON: "She went to my high school. I dated her for awhile."
ME: "Waitaminute... Oh my god, you're THAT Waylon! You went sledding with us on lunch trays!"
WAYLON: "YES! No kidding, you were there?"
Look! It's Waylon!
There he is again!
So this is why Waylon and I are best friends now. Such a small world.
Today has been such a good day.
I'm so close to being done with this paper, I can taste it. I wanna go back to being an LB Whore and an AIM-aholic.
