Guilt What is yours? Explain yourself Culinary: Cookies
I will eat any kind of cookie. It's my favorite food in the whole world. But there better be milk with it, or we'll have problems. Okay, I'd probably still eat it without milk too.
Literary: Memoir I'm a memoir junkie because Creative Nonfiction is what I do. I live and breathe CNF... it's my focus within my major. Technically, a lot of the books I read and loved before I even knew what CNF was are considered memoir: Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt, for example. Memoir isn't just for famous people, it's for people who aren't afraid to tell the truth about their lives. Fiction writers write about their lives, but they change names and hide behind characters instead of fessing up to their own problems. But Nonfic writers have to be fearless, and that's what I want to be someday.Audiovisual: The O.C. The intellectual, intelligent person in me hates to admit I'm obsessed with The O.C. I love Adam Brody. If I ever meet anyone who is funny/geeky/adorkable as Seth Cohen, I will snatch them up, steal them, and marry them. End of story. Also, the show's like the Dawson's Creek of the generation after mine. It doesn't make me miss high school, but it makes me wish high school was like that for me.
Musical: Spice Girls and S Club 7 For the Spice Girls, they were popular when I was in middle school, and of course that's when you first start getting into music... and pretty much all the bands I liked around then are still some of my favorites. I won't say the Spice Girls are my favorites, but they cheer me up when I'm feeling like shit. S Club is like that too. Cheesy Brit pop crap that's just fluff but just fun.
Celebrity: James McAvoy, Ewan McGregor, Ben Affleck I have become obsessed with James lately. I want to meet him just so I can hear him talk. Shit, I go nuts for guys with accents from anywhere in the UK, hence my big thing for Ewan, too. I don't care what the movie's about, I will see anything he's in. I don't have any real reason for loving Baffleck so much. I just do.
