While perusing the AJC for local insanities I found that you can get sentenced to two years in prison for poisoning an animal... but only 30 days for killing a 6 year old girl.
And don't give me that bullshit that the guy who killed the girl did it unintentionally. He crossed a double white line and illegally passed a MARTA bus. That's intentional enough for me.
