The usual rules apply as always. If you use any of the 'adoptables' in your own art, please credit back here. If the picture inspires you to write, be kind and give us a nod for the inspiration =).
First the 'adoptable' image section. These may be used for your own art, story splashes, or as inspiration for a written work. Special thanks to Nic for the base images pre-manipulation.
The following images aren't 'adoptable' but just here for the gazing as they're marked for use in future projects.
If you really like one of the images though, ask me about it. I may release it on a individual basis to friends. I'm going to just apologize now and say sorry to anyone I don't know personally as I don't 'loan' any RESERVED art to non-friends. My work has been taken and used in ways I didn't agree to just one time too many; or they just take it and never credit or say thank you. Non-friends are welcome to use images in the other section however just not the reserved artwork below.
The first image is slated for the Wild Pack series. A future series that will tackle the ages-old question about the animosity between Vampires and Werewolves and how the 'Inhuman Wars' began and rage to this day between the European Packs and the oldest Vampiric Orders.
The series will feature a re-visualized Spike and takes place completely in an AU environment that begins in Victorian England, Ireland, and through to present day Alaska and here is a little about what you can expect to read.
Abandoned at siring by an uncaring Sire, a Fledgling Vampire is nearly killed within minutes of rising. Blamed for the crimes of his Sire he is forced to flee into the wilds of the Moors; where millennia of tradition and ancient law forbids their kind to travel; and is lost to the fog.
Many years later a young nobleman, William de Baskerville, Laird of Gladstone, suddenly appears to inherit the massive Estates of Glendye-Fasque. Little is known of the enigmatic English son of a Scottish Laird and an English Noblewoman.
The Estates are run solely by a sizeable retinue of servants, overseers, and managers and the Laird makes his public appearance but once a year at the Harvest Ball thrown at the Manor.
Then came the year that the Aurelian Master and his family came to call....
The next art/story idea is going to be a darker one and it will be set years in the future, but you can expect some back to the past adventures, before the story resumes in modern times.
William 'Spike' Wyatt had made a name for himself as a ruthless and dangerous Bounty Hunter who specializes in the criminals no one else will go after.
Born with several uncanny abilities that have set him apart from the majority of humanity, he is a predator; a throw-back to primative times; who relishes the thrill of the hunt and the more dangerous his prey the better.
When he's given the chance to go after the most infamous serial killer in history, he immediately agrees to the Devil's Bargain and he's sent back to face one of the world's greatest unsolved mysteries.
But this latest case may be his last as an even more ruthless opponent sets out to make the Hunter the hunted. In a very personal and deadly game of cat-and-mouse; where the winner will take all; Spike may have met his match.
Or has he found his soulmate?
Well there you have it for this round.
Enjoy the pretties =)
Hugs,
~J~
