Today starts the first day of my workout routine! (Yay, go me!) I have been wanting to lose a little bit of weight, but mostly I've been wanting to feel healthier and stronger and the best way to do that is to have an actual schedule. I'm not exactly sure how this will go but I'm going to try my best to make this work. I am going to be using this website
