Crossing Over Awards
Oooh, Looking for Tomorrow has been nominated! Squee!!
I didn't expect that. It's pretty much a straight forward action/adventure crossover; lots of running around, trying to figure out who the bad guy is. There is a dash of angst, but that is due to the nature of the characters, rather than the point of the story.
What I'm trying to say is that, while I enjoy writing this story, I was never suffering from the delusion it was nomination worthy!!! Writing wise, If I were to pick one of my own stories, I'd go for my shorter ones. I'm rather fond of my Amanda/Lorne ficlet, for instance, and I like my little encounter between Drusilla and 'Mr Smith' (the Doctor)
And self analysis can be very self-defeating sometimes, so I'll go back to my initial reaction...
