Rubbish!!! Argh!!!

In an effort to save money, Dublin City Council have farmed out waste management to a private company (Greyhound) who've made payment of bin charges that more painful by both insisting people pay in advance for bin pick-up and getting rid of the quarterly installment plan for the yearly standing charge, used by pensioners and the like.

And what do I get for my money?

A bin service that completely failed to turn up. Nothing, nada, our entire street had no service today. What a joke.
