Duncan sighed softly as Amanda insinuated herself onto his lap. “Amanda, you’re not wearing that to the opening.”
“I thought you liked this dress,” Amanda said, pouting as her finger slowly drew a line down his chest.
“I wasn’t talking about the dress,” he said, his hand sliding down the line of her hip and under the hem of her dress. “It’s a very nice dress…”
“But?” she said, huskily, as his fingers wandered slowly upward.
“But the lock-picks in your garter belt show when you sit down,” he murmured.
“Spoilsport,” she muttered as Duncan tossed them onto the table
