I don't know if they did this on purpose or if it's just the way Matt Smith talks, but he actually sounds a bit like Ten.

Still not sure that I"m ready for him, though.

Really? From the bits I've heard, I think he sounds a wee bit posher than Ten - mind you, the change from Ten to Eleven doesn't seem as dramatic as from Nine to Ten.

Maybe a bit of pandering to the audience?
