I have this awful stomach bug, complete with temperature, achy bones and nausea. I do not feel well. I've just spent three hours finishing an album cover design that should have taken me only one hour, and now my brain had gone too mushy to do anything else

I'd make an effort to watch Who on UK Drama but the time puts me off and I'm so lazy I never manage to record. I wish they aired them in the afternoon or something. Would be much nicer.

That's the joy of having one of those digital boxes. You just click at the highlighted programme on the screen guide and it does everything for you - ah yes, the joys of technology!
