So it begins....

So, my new years resolution was to lose weight and be in bed from the hours of 12 am to no later than 9 am. So far so good. Since going back on WW I've lost exactly 7 pounds. And that was in only 3 weeks. I am now at 179.4, which is just 29.4 pounds away from goal. Maybe I'll get lucky and continue to lose 10 pounds a month. That would be awesome, but not realistic.

I've only messed up once or twice with the sleep schedule. Went to bed 20 or 30 minutes late a couple times and once woke up 30 minutes late. For it only being 2 weeks into the new year, that's not too bad.

Another thing I am really trying to work on is following up with stuff I say I am going to do. Matt says it's the only big thing stopping him from "Finalizing" our relationship. So starting today I've been doing everything (I think) right. I cleaned up my mess after dinner, even though Matt said he'd do it. I've also been doing what I can to not raise my voice during our "discussions". I really want to be the perfect woman for Matt. I really love him and if he proposed to me now, in a heart beat, I'd say yes. I love him so much.

Hopefully this year will be great for me. I am really trying to be a new me.
