Since I did so decide to sleep the day away, I dreamed, in deep detail, of a gathering of people in a dark room, the walls toned in fancifully decorated wood. I interacted with people whose faces I didn't recognize, but whose names I knew...names I can no longer recall, now amongst the lively.
Josh was there, announcing that his mother was soon to join us...and suddenly, the attention of all was drawn to a pretty brunette girl wearing an extravagant, yet simple dress. Comments were jokingly made to her of how she was over-dressed for the occasion. Her face is the most memorable...
After jokes and conversation, I was taken by the hand of a tall man, who I recall as only a dark silhouette; he led me from the others, telling me that he was taking me to the first bookshelf ever created in the library. We walked a long distance, and I remember reflections of blue water being everywhere down the dark way there. I think we even walked through a room filled with water...Upon arriving, I noticed a very empty room...not big, but very spacious...and a small two-shelf bookcase with a few tattered tomes, with intricate designs upon the covers, all about it, every which way; pages on the floor, a mess, really.
I picked up a particular one of poems, and skimmed a few pages...each one had intricate designs, I remember one of a black cat, whose tail encircled a poem that I read, but a design I paid particular attention to was one of three straight, spring-colored lines near the bottom of the page, with the soft-green line in the middle opening up into a pink flower, acting as the stem...
It seems like a particularly interesting dream....As if I was really there...As if it really happened...
