I'm Alive!
Lots of cosplay happening. Also, a typhoon. Oh, and sports day.
Went with friends to a cosplay event in a city nearer to me than them, so they crashed at my place the night before. Typhoon warnings started that morning, but since the event was still on and we'd done so much work (and they'd already come out to mine), we decided to risk the trip. Worse that would happen would be having to get a hotel there because the trains stopped.
Well, the trains did stop, but we managed to get a bus back to mine and they crashed here another night. Weather cleared up this morning and my school still held their sports day. I had to leave before my friends, so when I got home they were gone, but they were nice enough to do the dishes and tidy up a bit before they left.
ANOTHER event this next weeked. *dies* But at least I have tomorrow off! I do have a tea ceremony class around 3~4-ish, but that should give me time to get some cleaning and packing done. Though I despair at how I'm getting everything home in two months!!
Been really big into Glee lately. Reading some fanfic for that. Still browse the Hetalia kinkmeme on occasion, but it's been all but barren of anything remotely enticing. Got the latest Mercedes Thompson novel too - just a few more chapters left and I'll have that finished up. Song of the week around here is Super Bass... I think I want to be her.
