The Good, the Bad, the Ugly (and the Cute)

Good: Had a fun, if tiring couple of days. Just got home at 9-ish tonight. Found a delicious new Italian restaurant! Watched a cute new anime. I can't remember the name, but it's about a college anime club. This one yankee girl is in love with the biggest otaku at school (who also happens to be incredibly good looking, and therefore popular despite being obsessed with games and anime). Best. Couple. EVER. If doujinshi of the two of them existed, I would buy it. ♥

Also might have gotten one of the new girls into Hetalia. Heh.

Bad: Came back all excited to see if any of my favorite fills had been updated on the kink meme. Answer? No. Not only that, but the vast majority of the new requests are, well, not good.

Which is my polite way of saying crap. Seriously crap.

*sigh*

Also, didn't make it to the buffet we wanted to go to, because of one of the people who was supposed to meet us getting herself lost.

Ugly: Computer problems continue. My laptop now overheats and the battery's kaput, AND on top of that my internet's been wonky. It will work for a while, then somehow flick itself off so I have to restart everything. It's a pain in the ass, and I have no idea what caused it in the first place.

I did want to get a new computer, but I want to buy one of those cheap tiny ones just for bringing to work. I didn't want to replace my laptop, and I definitly don't want to have to get both! My laptop is only two years old, and still has a good 30 GB free too. It's an American HP however, and I'm not sure how to go about getting it repaired in Japan.

Cute: My Halloween costume is taking shape nicely*, and my friend and I bought jinbei to wear for the festival. I have a nice new yukata to wear sometime as well, but yukata are still quite hot, and jinbei are much cooler, as well as incredibly comfortable. Also? CHEAP. (Plus can be used as pjs if ya want.)

Not as pretty, but what the hell. I value my comfort in 33+ degree summer heat!

*(Costume shirt is too big though. Times like this, I really wish I knew how to sew. This'll be tricky.)

Tomorrow I have nothing to do, so provided my computer/internet cooperates with me, I want to try and get some work done on my communities. I also hope to get a sales post put together with some doujinshi (almost all Hetalia).
