(no subject)
Well it was bound to happen. People are losing money and jobs so it was only a matter of time before one of my three families told me they can't afford a Nanny anymore. Boo.
Now I need weekend work. I have an interview at a well known Perth music venue, but it's been a while since I've been there and I'm not sure I'd fit in (I'm not sure I ever would have fit in...I rarely wear duct tape over my nipples instead of a top..) but I guess it's worth going to the interview and seeing what's what. I hear the pay is shit considering they close at 5am, but I'm a bit of a night owl anyway, so I might aswell get paid for staying up late..
I have also been looking at overseas Nanny jobs and there are SO many opportunities. I could be making more money than I am now, while getting to see the world. I always thought there was no way I could go anywhere now that I have the mortgage, but if I was earning pounds I could pay off the mortgage quicker. One job provided a car and a house next door, 4 days a week looking after 1 kid, living in France, and paid 1100pounds a week!
Do you still need a passport to go to France?.....
