What I'm Working on Now! [#1]
So this is my first entry in the, "What I'm Working on Now!" series as I have just titled it. :) This might be a weekly thing, a biweekly thing, a monthly thing... we'll just have to see how the writing rhythms pan out.
This past week, I started field research which includes basically playing in fandom and surfing the communities for interesting stuff, like I always do. :) Also, today I started distribution of the online, anonymous survey that is an important part of my research. It's basically 26 total questions (depending on how you answer some questions, it can be less) about being a JE fan and what you think about JE and Japan. You can find the survey here. (and remember to click "SUBMIT" on the final page!)
If you are so inclined, feel free to circulate the survey amongst your JE friends and friends' list. I will be attempting to hit the major JE communities in waves, so you might see this pop up on your friends' list a few times over the next few weeks if you follow any.
That's about it for this week, a bit of a slow start, but a solid start nevertheless. Have to have the basics before you can do the complex stuff, right? ;)
