i just made matt celebrate setsubun with me, despite the fact that:
a) we're not japanese
b) we're not in japan
c) setsubun was a while ago
oni wa soto! fuku wa uchi! throwing beans is fun!
anyway, we had to do it because apparently tomorrow is pancake day. and paczki day. so it's important to kick out the bellyache demons before those events.
not that i'm likely to be able to get paczki at this point. which is probably for the best.
