The Complaint Department
So a battle was won today in the war between Jess vs. the insurance company. By being snappy and dissatisfied, I managed to get someone on the phone who actually did help me, taking my statement (that should've been done back when I called the claim in last week) and telling me how to get my towing bill submitted (which should have been told me to last week) and pushing through my claim so I can get my car taken in tomorrow and get a rental (like what should have been happening last week).
Other than that, work was okay. Had a turkey zep for lunch and my desk reeked of onions for the rest of the day, but totally worth it. Also got some breakfast from the deli next door just because. Pretty awesome food day.
I also had a fabulous idea today, that I need to put into practice soon.
