Stuck here till Thursday.
Today Mom and I headed to the apartment to clean and spent four hours getting the place halfway decent. I kid; it's actually looking pretty good.
Tomorrow we're going to see Aunt Sheila at the beach and then going to my apartment again to see if my credit card came in. I had to call today to find out that they sent it there despite that I had put on the application that everything should be sent to my parents' place. Hrm.
Really nervous about the trip; I know I'll have a good time and several people have expressed a desire to see me, but I worry that I'll not be able to hook up with anyone and be stuck alone. I don't mind spending a day or two by myself hanging out in the city or whatever (I'm thinking of hitting up Hachioji-jou one day and one of the theme restaurants another) but the purpose of the trip is ultimately to see my friends.
