Do the Doggie Bounce
Well, what a difference a day makes.
Last night Matt and I hung out over at Chip and Greg's and the gang was all there, including Dave, Chels, AJ on speakerphone, and Anna (who was our "super sexy surprise"). Except for the fact that Roomie fell victim to the greedy clutches of the tow truck gremlins, it was a really fun time. As usual, we ordered food, harassed Greg, pointed out Chip's verbal faux pas, and drank. I even fell asleep on the couch like good old times.
Today Matt said he had surprise plans and made me close my eyes until we got to our destination: Pizza Hut! He treated me to breadsticks and a mushroom/ham stufed crust pizza while we discussed important matters like which pokemon is the most awesome and how many pound puppies we had as kids. After that we hit the Nerd Store where I got a multi-colored dice set, the comic book shop where I got Fables 8, and Rainbow where I picked up Lost in Translation and Matt garnered a stack of fantasy/sci fi novels.
Tonight I'm heading over to Lindsay's for a bit and then going to Deer Park to see Marcus perform. After that I'll either head over to Matt's again (how, I have no idea) or come back to the room to relax and do some damn laundry.
All in all, a good weekend.
