what to do in Vegas?
I'll be going to Las Vegas in September for a work trip. One of my goals while I'm there, is to go to one of the nicest restaurants I can find in the area for dinner. I'm asking for anyone that's been there or knows about the area to tell me what their favorite restaurant in Vegas is. I want suggestions of all kinds. Price isn't really an object, I'm going to save up and buy myself one incredibly nice/expensive meal since I'm sure my company will cover most of my food for the rest of the week.
I was looking at JoËl Robuchon, mostly because it's the only 3 michelin starred restaurant in town. I'm open to suggestions though. I'll be there for almost a week, and will probably try out several restaurants, but want to go out one night and buy myself a really nice/expensive meal just for the hell of it.
Any suggestions? They can be cheap/moderate/expensive. Other suggestions for things to do in town are also accepted. I'll be in a conference from 8 - 5ish most days but will have the evenings free. I know there's a ton to do in that town, and I hope to enjoy my trip as much as possible even if it is a work trip.
