MUTANTS!!!
I has a mutant! ^_^
The lily I gave my mother for Mother's Day opened up and one of the flowers is mutant. :)
See, lilies (at least that's what they're called in Russian, I'm not sure of the correct English name) are Monocots (short of monocotyledons). Monocot flower parts come in 3s, so lilies have 3 sepals and 3 petals.
See? That's a normal lily. See the thinner things that look like petals and are under the broader ones? Those are sepals. The broader ones on top are petals.
Well my mutant has two of each.
