1. I make lists compulsively. unless you live with me you have no idea. I can make lists in every class, lists of everything you can imagine.
2. I read cookbooks like novels (which I never read) and cooking shows are my favorite series on tv. the food scientist on good eats is my hero. I read recent scientific peer reviewed articles and books for pleasure. I just finished "some like it hot" last week, excellent. all about the interactions between food, genes, and evolution
3. On friday nights I teach goat showmanship.
4. I take classes for fun. I will graduate with nearly 200 credits after 4.5 years...
5. I enjoy menial labor. Dish washing included
