New Pet
Well, much to my astonishment, my mother bought me a pet! Yes, indeed, while shopping yesterday, we ran into a man selling rabbits, hamsters and other furry creatures. I desperately wanted the little rabbit but mum took some convincing. Neither of my parents like animals unfortunately but somehow, my pathetic whining was enough to convince mum to buy it for me.
I am now the owner of a pure white, albino (yes, red eyes) rabbit only a month and a half old and who fits in the palm of my hand. He (I'm fairly sure it's a he...) has been named Pip after darling Pippin and is relatively lively although he loves curling up on my hand and being stroked.
Yes well, just sharing the excitement. Father has threatened to get rid of the rabbit if I do badly in school. Oooh but he doesn't like animals. *sigh*
