Pop
So Monday is almost over! Monday's really kinda suck. I don't like them.
My english class got cancelled today. Yesterday my teacher was at a friends apartment on campus and a man burst in and tied them up and threatened to kill them with a knife. He threw a lot of things and ended up taking an ATM card and a video recorder. There was another guy in the apartment and a two year old kid. This did not seem to faze the guy. The worst is that the man hasn't been caught and thats pretty scary. This could happen to anbody still and while no one got hurt this time somebody in the future might get hurt. This really scared me, I don't think I would have handled it as well as my teacher did.
On a lighter note I did really well on my first draft of my paper for On the Road. 80 isn't a bad start. So other than that not much else os going on in Columbia.
Lincoln was great. I had a blast even though the Tigers lost pretty miserably. My cousin and I sat in the visitors section so I was surrounded by other Mizzou people which was nice. I had a Nebraska hat on at one point and some Nebraska guy called me a traitor. All I could think was why the fuck did it matter. I didn't even go there. Afterwards though it was sort of funny. Stayed on campus with my cousin and her dorm was really nice even if her room was prolly half the size of mine. The bathrooms were much nicer too. Although I guess that isn't really what people wanna hear about.
Going home this weekend. It sould be really nice to sleep in my own bed in like forever. I'm exactly sure when the last time was.
Downloaded a bunch of new icons to use for my LJ. Most of them are from Gravitation which is an awesome anime. And I think the others are from Gundam Wing which is another good one. There might be some from Bebop and Evangelion too but I'm not completely sure about that.
