work blues
It's been a while since I updated...
Anyway, things are getting more stressful in the office. I sorta dread talking to my boss these days. They recent reorg was probably to register that I wasn't managing my project team well and so they had to take steps to rectify it...
We just had a meeting the other day on project matters, but she started my asking me how I think my last year's performance was. Definitely a trick question.
Anyway, I am expecting a poor grade this time around, judging from the things she said. To be fair, I think it's that we do not have enough resources. And I did tell her that. But of course, the bosses never listen.
